Oliver Hernández (Oliver13H)
Painter & Digital Artist – For the driven & the healing

My name is Oliver Hernández, also known as Oliver13H. I’m a Dominican artist working in both digital art and traditional painting. Art has been part of my life since childhood, but I reconnected with it deeply during my university years, where I studied technical drawing and graphic design. Although I didn’t finish the degree, those classes reignited my creative spirit.

After moving to the U.S. in 2018, I faced emotional challenges and a period of depression. Painting became my sanctuary — a way to heal, rediscover myself, and dream again.

I started creating digital art in 2014, returned to it in 2019, and discovered NFTs in 2022. This opened new doors, allowing me to share my work globally through Web3 platforms and exhibitions. I value digital art as a powerful and accessible medium, but my deepest expression lives in physical painting.

My style blends abstract and impressionist influences, using faceless human figures, symbolic shapes, and nude tones to explore emotions, personal growth, anxiety, identity, and social themes. I use nude color palettes to represent racial diversity and challenge narrow definitions of skin color in traditional art.

Over the last seven years, I’ve been creating physical art using acrylic and charcoal, offering custom pieces priced by square inch:
Canvas – $2.80/in² | Panel Canvas – $1.10/in².

Exhibitions & Publications:
Awita Studio Gallery, Brooklyn NYC – RESHUFFLE (04/2024)

NFC Summit, Lisbon Portugal – SUN BOWER (05/2024)

Ordinals Meetup, Mexico City – Bitcoin Prizes (07/2024)

WebX Asia, Japan – Dream Knots (2024)

Featured in Creative Talents European Magazine (2024)

Featured in ARCHIV3 Magazine – 3rd Edition (2024)

La Familia Showcased, Madrid – Locked Reflex (03/2025)

Above all, painting is how I preserve my essence and individuality in a rapidly changing world. Amid social noise and ideological pressures, creating art helps me stay grounded, honest, and free.

Through every piece, whether physical or digital, I aim to connect, heal, and plant seeds of awareness — because I believe art is still one of the purest forms of freedom.

I’m always open to collaborations, exhibitions, or simply sharing creative ideas. Let’s connect.
